Reiterate Add with higher fully-diluted TP of RM1.58
In light of the earnings beat, we raise our FY21-23F EPS forecasts to factor in better
operating margins and a more favourable product mix for its Malaysian operations. We
maintain our Add call on the stock with a higher TP of RM1.58, now based on a fullydiluted
(from non-diluted previously) CY22F P/E of 19x, 1 s.d. above its 5-year mean.
The premium to its 5-year mean is to factor in its long-term revenue growth from its
newly-secured clients and the potential securing of new major clients, which we see as
key re-rating catalysts. Downside risks include: i) a sharp slowdown in order flows from

Assume mother and WB are traded at 1.40 and 0.30 respectively. 1.38 is an exercise price. WB is traded at (1.38+0.30)/1.40=22.4% premium.
