The rebound is led by Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan.

I think the rebound was led by stocks being oversold and DT reaction merely 'China is a currency manipulator' indicating US has run out of bullet of retaliation.

DT may sign a executive order to devalue USD. Not sure he will do this or not.

GEORGE TOWN: Globetronics Technology Bhd expects its performance for the second half of 2019 to improve by a double-digit percentage over that of the first half.
Group chief executive officer Datuk Heng Huck Lee told StarBiz that the group’s order book for the second half of the year was now full.

According to Heng, the group is in talks with a China company that is exploring to relocate its integrated circuit manufacturing operations to Globetronics’ cleanroom facility in Kuala Lumpur.
