ECRL from Aug 2019 till now is waiting. But we are seeing the effect coming very soon

Next the Economic recovery plan may be announced by month-end May2020

Then come palm oil prices recovery , O&G recovery and Concession completion.. Should be good

we are bankrupted. ECRL and any other expensive project are only pipe dream..There is nothing to move...at least for next 12 months....AZRB will be lucky to maintain the existing price.
