GPA控股（GPA，7096，主板工業產品組）大股東丹斯里陳華春為何這幾年都沒有甚麼企業消息呢？聽說他已將旗下業務交給他的兒子打理，是嗎？還有為甚麼該公司去年沒派息呢？

答：GPA控股一向以來都非常低調，最新消息是去年11月初宣佈與中國Firstpower科技公司展開聯營合作，製造、供應及分銷鉛酸漿蓄電池及密封鉛酸電池，特別是供海外市場需求。

同時，該公司較早前也宣佈以1配1比例發售附加股，至少籌措1千250萬令吉償還銀行貸款及作為營運資本。

GPA控股近期業績略有起色，截至2012年12月31日止，首9個月成功轉虧為盈，錄得17萬4千令吉淨利，相比前期蒙受763萬4千令吉淨虧損，歸功於非汽車業電池業務表現改善，而且出口銷售也持續增長。

隨著鉛金屬價格走低，激勵該公司的盈利賺幅回揚。不過，該公司指出，若最低薪金制全面落實，則將影響該公司的營運賺幅。

為了降低生產成本及改善盈利賺幅，GPA控股將擴大汽車電池生產，並持續以非汽車電池支援通訊程式。

該公司這兩年都因業績欠佳而沒有派息，相信須等待業務重返正軌後，才會再考慮派息，短期派悉幾率不大。

另外，根據最新年報，與陳華春有家庭關係的董事只有黃福賢（譯音），黃福賢是陳華春的女婿，從2011年7月起進入董事部擔任非執行董事。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資問診室）

Financial Year 31 March 2012--net loss 16m
1st nine months to 31Dec 2012 only make profit net 174,000 profit
Cannot goreng leh.
If you hold in 2011 till now,the highest is only 0.09 cts.
will goreng if there's margin call from bankers.

Yowtp, did u get any news bout the AGM on sept? Today, seem like got grouping ppl collect it at 0.08, as i saw 209200 unit n 290800 unit each appear 5times continuos...which suddenly contribute a huge volume for this ctr...
