earn a lot of money
Last time I buy Bjfood , people say VT Con then I also earn money plus dividend from BJfood
so just 50%

More than 300m loans, don't hope. Every one dollar sales needs to be supported by huge % of borrowings. Just compare with Hup Seng and Apollo. Fundamentals none but possible speculative play due to low price. Only auditor knows best its NTA. Give discount 60% of NTA and sell to auditor. All SHs happy.

大马拉法基(LAFMSIA，3794)退出大马洋灰市场!

该公司今日(2日)宣布，其母公司联合国际洋灰(Associated International Cement)以每股现金3.75令吉，把大马拉法基洋灰的51%股权卖给杨忠礼机构(YTL，4677)。

联合国际洋灰是英国知名洋灰大厂蓝圈工业(Blue Circle Industries)的子公司。

该公司补充说，杨忠礼机构是通过子公司杨忠礼洋灰公司，买下大马拉法基的4亿3334万股股票，每股转手价是3.75令吉，总代价16亿2504万令吉。

由于这批股权已超过法令下的33%底线，杨忠礼洋灰公司必须以同样的价格，也就是每股现金3.75令吉向持有剩余49%股权的大马拉法基小股东，做出全面收购献议。

杨忠礼机构表示，该公司会保留大马拉法基的上市地位，但若在全面献购中接获超过九成股权的话，按法令则得强制收购最后一成股票并除牌。若接获不超过九成股权的话，公司会设法降低持股，以符合交易所的公众持股比例。

大马拉法基上半日休市時做3.25令吉，跌5仙。
