Total no of securities after change 266,001,800 shares ( 8%)

Let's see how much MAA acquire on 8 Sep (yesterday where the trading volume was 800 million shares). I'm still convince MAA will increase to more than 10% and try to control the board.

sardin81 I love your enthusiasm on KNM ,,,,you are very passionate about KNM and particularly BORSIG but . how long is this going to drag.....up for a week and goes down and stagnates for months then end up more than a year......no wonder when retail traders see 20 to 30 % profit in short term they run ....worst still such 20 to 30% comes rarely may be once a year for KNM !!! consistent price growth and reasonable EPS over a year will reflect on the quality of any stock....people who stuck who bought at high price have no choice to wait hopefully not too long anymore .......... keep the mantra in mind...BORSIG...BORSIG ...BORSIG........

KNM need synergistic partners to unlock value in Borsig, WTE Peterborough, Thailand ethanol instead of just sitting on them like what previous mgmt were doing. Putting wife, daughter n bro inlaw in d Board/ top mgmt and underperform is not d way. That's why we voted them out

I suspect 800 mil shares, equivalent to 25% total issued shares transacted on 8/9/21 are purchased by MAA and few well-informed investors working in concert. Sellers most likely LSE n cohorts with intention to press down the price and pick up later not knowing there are well informed investors outside ready to pick. LSE is notorious for insider-trading resulting in him being bar from holding office. Remnants of LSE's cohorts still exist in KNM top mgmt inc CEO. Watch out for announcement on new board members appointment n new CEO??
