Small investor, graph does not look good. The price keep pressing down. Dunno why. If it keep down maybe I sell mine. We here only for profit. Its either the operator keep the price down for the german side to buy more I think. TY already buy last Friday. We dont know the operator on whos side

Agreed. Only hot air blowing. Turn around {KNM} plan's still a long way to go. Just buy and sell whenever profit is there. TY helming MAA not that remarkable vs his peers. Sold off thier profitable unit trust & life insurance busineds. Till now nothing special or remarkable. MAA invested into education SJI and buying into KNM. 3 years yet KNM share prices still trending down and slip into PN 17 doldrums

Just let those who fighting proxy battle bid up share price.

From the latest interview current management head has already stated they are lobbying to get more votes to their side (in particular Kenanga). It’s quite obvious both competing management parties are still trying to get more votes.

Hostile takeover for foreigners not easy. You need a strong local partner or institution to back you. You need to accumulated a very substantial shares of the company to gain control. Look at KLK even buying a majority stake yet very last minute the takeover failed. just wait for the EGM

The foreigner had less than 9%, how is it a take over? A change in the board by shareholders is not a take over. The new guys clearly say they intend to keep BORSIG and the assets inside of knm amd invest money into them. Explain how this is in the definition of a take over? Yes, the Borsig road show is still ongoing now. Too many participants, they have to do two presentations. One before and one after lunch.

So many powerful corporate guys here besides the Singapore and other countries investment bankers. Borsig boss came over from Germany to give his talk also. He says he's pissed off with Flavio also.

And the big police is also here.

I heard the Italian and German guy is panicking and dumping. I won't be surprised. If I were them I would be peeing in my pants. Hehe... They won't even show up in the EGM.

If you are a real investor don't panic. After EGM the price will jump.

Only after EGM requisition the price increased!

Already sold mine with no profit. From 0.175 to 0.140 means someone dumping their share. Bear in mind this stock is very heavy with 4bill unit. The way it going up take very long time. When suddenly drop, mean someone is dumping
