陳兄弟格尼 多元化至房產業

（吉隆坡5日訊）陳兄弟格尼（DBE，7179，主要板消費）建議與Misi Jutari私人有限公司聯手在一塊面積3.765公頃土地，執行發展總值為2450萬令吉綜合發展計劃，借此多元化業務至房產發展和建築領域。

該公司發布文告指出，旗下DBE發展私人有限公司與Misi Jutari合作，在霹靂執行綜合發展項目。這項發展計劃涵蓋10單位單層半獨立式住宅、85單位單層排屋、3單位雙層店屋，及16單位單層店屋。

DBE發展和Misi Jutari將分別獲75%和25%發展淨利。

陳兄弟格尼執行董事拿督杜志民（譯音）指出：“這項聯合發展是公司多元化業務至房產發展領域的商業策略，估計成長前景明朗，尤其是住宅領域。”

他稱，該公司相信房產需求將持續攀升，因房屋買家會不斷尋求符合需求的新發展。

同時，陳兄弟格尼多元化業務至建築領域，以補助房產發展計劃。因此，該公司將調整發債集資中未使用的資金，有1256萬令吉原用于家禽業務，將供上述綜合發展項目，以及未來購地或發展新工程用途。【中国报财经】

Chen brother Gurney diversified to the real estate industry

KUALA LUMPUR, January 5 (Bernama) - Brother Cheney (DBE, 7179, mainboard spending) proposes to work with Misi Jutari Sdn Bhd on a 3.765 hectare site to implement a comprehensive development plan valued at RM24.5 million, to diversify Business to real estate development and construction.

The company released a statement pointing out that its DBE Development Pte Ltd, in cooperation with Misi Jutari, is implementing a comprehensive development project in Perak. The development plan covers 10 single-storied semi-detached houses, 85 single-storey townhouses, 3 double storehouses and 16 single storey shophouses.

DBE Development and Misi Jutari will earn 75% and 25% respectively in net profit.

Dato 'Du Zhimin, an executive director of Chen Brothers Gurney, said: "This joint development is the company's business strategy of diversifying its business from real estate to real estate development. The growth outlook is expected to be bright, especially in residential areas."

He said the company believes property demand will continue to rise as homebuyers continue to seek new developments that match their needs.

In the meantime, Chen Brothers Gurney diversified his business to the construction sector to subsidize real estate development plans. As a result, the company will adjust the unutilized funds used in the debt issue raising. RM12.56 million will be used for the poultry business and will be used for the above comprehensive development projects and the future purchase or development of new construction projects.
