Heaven arrangement, we don't refuse it. There is more efficient and productive way to make money in E&E sector now over poultry. The thematic bull on E&E is so powerful & vigorous this year. Sold all at 0.030 (mother), 0.015 (son). Lost an arm here. Risky counter. Lesson learned. The way I see it, their strategy is simple. Dilute and Conquer (through proxy). Will monitor from outside for now. If circumstances remain status quo, 0.015- 0.020 will be a reasonable price to consider re-entry. Good luck, comrades of DBE.

Satha, when DBE was at 4.5 cent, you said uptrend. At 4 cent you also mentioned uptrend ahead. Now stuck at 3.5 cent you also say uptrend soon. LOL! Year end target 2.5 cent for this stock confirm!

Not yet end of 2017 and my target price already reached! Hahahahahaha! Only stupid idiots will hold this stock. Cut loss now when you still can! Next month target 2 cent!

Gurney Resources Berhad wishes to announce on a valuation exercise undertaken on the following land and buildings (“said Assets”), all belonging to its wholly-owned subsidiary, D.B.E. Poultry Sdn Bhd by an independent qualified valuer namely Jordan Lee & Jaafar Sdn Bhd for a total valuation figure of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty-Nine Million Three Hundred Thousand (RM59,300,000) Only (“the said Valuation”);

Please refer to the attachment for further details of the said Valuation.

This announcement is dated 30 June 2017.



Revaluation Surplus:
The revaluation of the said Assets thereon resulted in a gross surplus of RM26,193,955. The impact of
deferred tax at 24% amounted to RM5,713,348. Therefore, the net revaluation surplus is RM20,480,608
which will be credited into the Revaluation Reserve.


Effect on Net Assets per Share:
Based on the audited financial year ended 31 December 2016 on proforma basis, the revaluation has
resulted in net assets per share of the Group to increase to RM0.07 per share from RM0.06 per share.
