If you by 100000 share wa
100000 x 0.03 =3000(only)
but you have to prepare 100000 x 0.25(Exercise price)=25000
to convert to mother share(before maturity)

Strongly believe ah seng will venture in solar again, from the announcement, ah seng acquire 3% addional share from TS Solaetech. 20 million loan is ready and sitting at bank now. The interest paid was mainly allocate to solar segment. Share price will boom up, once ah seng is awake.
