once settle , probably is doomsday, everyday sells volume more than buy volume, feels like operator holding to lets previous directors to dispose all their shares, and newly appointed 29 years old director doesnt seem to be more competent than chin's family. I mean if they geinunely want to run the business, shouldnt they appoint more experienced personnel?

the ESOS is from previous , u can check the announcement , 1 in dec'23 , 2 in august & october 2022, 68m , 178m, 178m each. Also there is 300m PP in nov 2022 , all taken up by directors for 0.03sen

Minetech Resources Bhd (MRB) is optimistic about securing more renewable energy (RE) projects as the company sees ample opportunities to explore the RE space in Malaysia. In January this year, MRB secured an engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) contract from Tesdec Hydropower Sdn Bhd worth RM36.71 million.
