Im very disppointed with the QR..I park my money becoz i believe this counter will generate huge revenue from LRT3 but until now its only reported 2.1 mil..such so much pre cast via duct install but only report 2.1?something wrong..so on wed im out.

5. EFFECTS OF THE MUTUAL TERMINATION
5.1 Issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings
The Mutual Termination does not have any effect on the Company’s issued share capital
and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings as the Mutual Termination does not involve
any issuance of new ordinary shares in Vertice.
5.2 Net assets and gearing
The Mutual Termination is not expected to have a material impact on the net assets or
gearing of the Vertice group for the financial year ending 31 March 2022. Section 2 of
this announcement sets out, among others, that the Parties shall release each other from
all obligations under the LOA. In addition, Vertice/ Buildmarque Construction has not
secured any borrowings to finance Contract Works of Package 2 Project and therefore
the Mutual Termination is not expected to have a material impact to the gearing of the
Vertice group.

Construction gone too bad in this two year, same goes to all others counter. We know that now property is slowly getting recovery but construction sector related like piling , raw material. All still going weak and more weak.

According my research, the income for vertice go very bad but track back to all the previous year, They are consistently maintain perform and huge pushing up when Malaysia starting heavily focus on construction. Another high spike is due to penang under tunnel, but too bad, after politic change. vertice turn weak , additionally with pandemic, Double boom for vertice.
