But can share MGO threshold for knowledge, trigger conditions:
1) acquire more than 33% (obtains control), or
2) holds between 33% to 50% and acquire more than 2% within 6 months
3) acquire 20-33% and SC allow trigger the MGO

After analysing Dataprep trading history from 16 Feb ( date of fund raising annoucement ), the price keep on spiking up from 0.40 cents to RM 2.60
