fl888 - because about 1 month expiry d. Is not cannot buy, can buy, subject to this 2 conditions:
1) Need get your broker special approval due to system auto lock up
2) You need cash account to buy the warrants T+2, contra is not allowed

Is quite normal for those expiring warrants near to 1 month. All broking house will limit you to buy unless you get their sperate approval

i think before the positive announcement come out they wanna raise the price don't give any chance to ikan bilis, so they can push higher and lure more people to trap later, still need to be careful, but now the price still can be considered at safe level.

If say not the average cost of warrants is RM0.02.

If mother share up to RM0.35, then they just exericse warrants and sell to market. Then earn RM0.05 already with current initial cost RM0.02.
