Floor price for conversion is 12 cents.
Other than that is volume weighted average price for 3 days.

This good thing should not only benefit solely to the insider party. Public also deserved to have chance for good thing in market.

Why am I buying Eden? Mainly for the land it owns in Kuantan...

Every share you own is worth at least RM0.40 based on the market value of thhe land in Kuantan!

Even in the worse case scenario, land price drops till forced sale value, 0.30 x 70%. It's still RM0.28 per per share!
