The auditor should no put current liability more than current asset.

The investment land asset should transfer into current asset and list as asset pending disposal.

Why want to delay this? No transparent to shareholder because insider mau makan makan lagi? Or press retailer out?

Auditor do job please do properly. Investment asset (LAND) should be categorized under current asset (asset pending disposal) and should list it at the market value.. not book value.
