If this the case...so easy.. my Aunty(Real Estate Agent) must been multi millionaire already.

Everyday hundres or thousand companies in bursa are working hard to close deals, sales, tender, etc..... so what the different this co with other?....it's. ....timing!....if you believe in dumb dumb hold....then there are thousand other co you can choose...with better TA and FA.

Don't know why Auditor give going concern opinion....there are many other co poor with cash flow but rich in land bank and valuation ...they don't have problem...bank can easily extend their credit/OD etc to meet co obligation.

Pavillion..agree with everything you said except the auditor comment. I understand that auditor now no choice but to mention going concern when certain financial criteria triggered. Previously, they just keep quiet as long as the Directors can come out with some cock & bull story to ease cash flow.

As for banks easily extending credit, that is plausible. This assume that bankers are dumb to give further credit to a co that do not have the means to settle current borrowings???

If you charge the property to bank......should not a problem...at least for simple OD......anyway I'm not interested with this stock....don't bother to check what the status of the land, their liabilities and full auditor report etc....probably already have caveats on the land....make it more difficult to sell.
