think if you are the pp investor, you only willing to buy at 1.3.
more then that you consider it expensive. or the boss said ok it worth for 1.5 lah, 1.3 offer to you already discount price. finally, the deal done.

they proposed to PP during february, during that period their price range was way below rm1. if im not mistaken it was around 70c+- . at the same time they need to conduct PP to raise money for their upcoming project. So tunggu apa lagi. LUT Kaw kaw.!
