i'm asking i3investor host to free ladzatz and bigfat...because bingo alias jamesbrown made more dirty comments than them..however this jamesbrown alias bingo has deleted his own dirty postings..and suddenly talked as if the argument is between ladzatz and bigfat...

OK OK pls dun insult each other here...Lets attend Mkland's AGM meeting and ask them to explain to us why their share price is so pessimistic...They know better right...Ask them to initiate a Share Buyback programme to stabilise the price performance...

The past results can't represent the future. Look at the company development now.after disposal of land for RM83.5 million, it will be sitting in net cash position soon. It may reward the shareholders with higher dividend. Besides,it has valuable lland bank in Damansara Perdana..See who will laugh until the end.:)

i'll just buy mkland at 28.5 cents alot when the time comes...bursa has good chance to drop another 10% this year...hopefully mkl will follow

Look at Tebrau ,LBS, Incken.. They are cheap stock with high P/E last time. People just trade them for short term gain. But now their share price has increase tremendously. Becoz they have prime land bank which bought at very low cost. Land is a good investment.

make gain or loss is our $$$ our business not yours???? Dear iQBE189, u cannot compare v tebrau & LBS ( u can refer their 5years anual report & 5 years trend chat ) . Terbau dont need to said, bcoz their land area difference with MKland.( gold and copper have a big difference). LBS sell their dragon hill corp to zhu hai holding investment group ( 0.66billion) &company continuously share buy back. u dont misdirect/misadvice investors, bcoz they have their family, if MKland drop & drop, not only loss money,they will loss many thing &ｌｏｖｅ　ａｌｓｏ．

a lot of property counters are stagnant too.. uoadev, huayang, mahsing (+0.01), sp setia(-0.01). this is normal when everyone is waiting for the upcoming budget..

titus...i don't think that's a good move...it's mother has been up fr 1.56 to 1.70...today seems it want to retreat and at 1.70 that's the neutral max price for the mother...u may took a wrong step again after playin with mkland

Yes.....did the right thing to swap ytlp-wb. I don't think property counter will see much action till clearer picture after budjet. So now rely on ytlp-wb for constant buyback and maybe will swap back to mkland once i take profit.

Just look at Focal Aim which has shot above 2.00 recently bcos of acquisition takeover of its land in JB...If u compare Focal with MKland in terms of landbank size Focal still lag far far behind...Just think for urself a lousy company like Focal olso can UP so much while Mkland Still stagnant!!!
