this will be a long term counter. Sg buloh area has been developing rapidly and yesterday news mention E&O wanted to buy or bought land from sime darby. The LRT route is also reaching there. Overall news is very good for MKland. Even if this company is not good but in 2 years time, selling their land will reap big profit. I will divert back my fund into this stock once my ytlp-wb reach the target and sell.
they only have huge landbank BUT they do not have the experience and expertise to build high end like condo and commercial properties...Tat is why until now olso they haven't got the gut to roll out big projects...Jst compare Desa Park City and Mkland;s project in Damansara Perdana d former has risen few folds already in value while those who own properties by mkland risen slightly only...WHY??? Mkland sud be sold to a big company like spsetia or sime darby in order for it to shine...hopefully a big boy will launch a hostile takeover on Mkland since its share price is low...
Today just launched its resort Ombak Villa in Langkawi...this company always builds projects in remote areas like Langkawi, Bukit Merah Taiping and low cost in Ipoh, i wonder how its share price will go up....
You can make some pocket money now, but pls make sure don't buy above 0.34. Mkland real value should be discovered next year since Kasi share keep reducing already, slowly will back to the market to control this counter. If you have extra money, hold it for long term (maybe 2 years), it will definitely better than putting in FD. :).just my view
The volume is strong in 0.36-0.365, seems like new supporting price already firm. Thinking to cash in now and hold it for 1-2 years.
Next year by counting the income from land disposal this year, MKland should be sitting in positive cash flow already, and in between, if any big company annouce their interest to take over MKLand or purchase their land, Kasi already slowly stop disposing his share, or I should say the bank already slowly stop disposing.
Any advise? I expect at least 50% increase by end of next year.
In my opinion it is still not time for Mustafa Kamal to push up Mkland's price value...I guess they are waiting to d right time to ramp up Mkland 2gether with a very strong financial result...There is time for everything bro...D only forces tat can push up Mkland is the owner n directors themselves and not US...But it is NOT d right time yet!!! Tat is Y they keep on hammering d price down to below 0.40 cts...
at least 0.80, based on my opinion. MKland has a huge potential because of its assets, if you look into their balance sheet.. Once the uptrend mode started and all blocks cleared, at least RM0.80, imagine back to the year 2003, it was 1.8..

OR mkland could be a "value trap" tat is y in it never rises up till now and forever...There must be something ugly behind which outsiders not allowed to see and know...beware my frens
