Mk land actually is good & have many projects during this five years, but still need to wait few years. If Mkland increase,also difficult to increase more during this 2 years.after few years also dont know will increase to their target price or not,because their management strategist is conservative views. Beside that, his dept higher than his cash flow. ROE also very low & NTA high. if put long term, better consider other counter, bcoz have many counters still under value.
i oledi lose hope on tis Mkland...Sorry for promoting tis stock last time...Now i begin to dump all so as not to waste my time with tis junk stock anymore...It is over
MK land is not on Funds managers radar screen for a long time. Its very badly run by family members from top to botttom. Even its co-founder n shareholder P Kasi was booted after some heated wrangling. Empire City and Empire Damansara land were originally owned by MKland but were taken out by its MD for a song and probably now JV with Empire Group. land is leasehold with an unexpired term of only about 60 years. If Mkland is so capable, why sell the land to its shareholder who then JV with Empire Group. Its bcos its gearing was too high. So buyers pls beware. caveat emptor
Right saying...Mkland is not worth our time at all...It is a family business and they dun wanna share with shareholders...For me it is a SELL or stay far AWAY!!! Rubbish
Actually MK Land is timing to invest & cummulative qty . Coz ..... worst days alody over . So , i think te chanse up is better than L & G . Am i right !
the profits it has over the past 6 mths shows that it will trade below 40 cts...i bought at 34cts 2 mths ago.....i did a wrong analysis .I thought , it cld go abv 41 cts(i hav 30 pct profit)....I was wrong with my analysis......must be drunk !
Mkland h1 profit impressive, if able to continue in h2 then this stock sure fly bcoz the PE will be <10 which is very low for a property company with a lot of land.
