dun know why they are willing to sell low at tis moment when they know tat tis coming 4th fin result is gonna be the strongest of all...Dun they know tat proceed fom last yrs land sale will be factor in tis 4th qtr fin result....i am predicting at least 45 million net profit for 4th qtr tat will send mkland to 0.60...those who sold today i can quarantee tat U ARE ALL LOSERS!!! Lewis...I got all the patient in the world...I dun believe in quick-Rich-Scheme...i believe in fundamental investment...i can assure u bro once they begin to launch its 4 blocks of condominium in both DPerdana and Ddamai next yr, Mkland will surely fly straight to 0.88...My optimism is based on facts and fundamental, not wishful thinking lewis...With more than 5000 acre massive landbank spanning across malaysia and few resorts and hotel assets, u are getting a lot of things free...At 0.50 u are getting all their landbank FREE!!!! u got tat...FREEEEEE!!!! Even IJMland's total landbank also can't beat Mkland...
