there is one thing for sure...Mkland launching of 4 blocks of mid range condo in Damansara Perdana n Damansara Damai will yield higher net profit for MK as properties price will be marked up higher due to GST implementation nxt yr...I believe Mkland will only launch it after the GST tat is after April to benefit from higher launching property price...property sector ecpecially those with prime landbank will be re-rated nxt yr thanks to GST effect...Hence at 0.470 it is dirt cheap and undervalued and i advice u all to pick up tis undervalued dirt before its value is obviously seen with naked eyes...Now when it is still invisible...tat is the best time to accumulate!!!

lcw80 they just wanna trap you at 0.30...Marco has no good fundamental it is only a speculative...these syndicates already collected cheap at below 0.20 now waiting to dump to you all at 0.30 to chunk in fat profit...it is just a "pump and dump" strategy...BUT if u like to gamble then Marco is for u but u must prepare for a sudden loss...

Checked everywhere, mostly good news but price going down. Probably dumped by foreign investors or big kaki. Therefore, it will only affect this counter for a short term but not in long term.

If u judge it overall by recent bad market sentiment, Mkland is quite defensive even today it still maintain unchanged while other stocks being beheaded...At 0.47 it still deeply undervalued...

455/460 is the final support for this uptrend, breaking it will turn bearish for mk.
If u see chart mk for past 3 yrs, u will know every time for major correction, it will test to its last support, which this round is 460. I believe it will hold 455/460 unless klci breaks 1800 then will be diff story
