i will dispose all at 0.88-0.90...Anything tat is less than tis price range i will never look and sell...If u not willing to buy from me at tis price range, then maybe u can come back to me 5 yrs later...take it or leave it at 0.88-0.90...Once it is in my arms i will never let go at undervalued price...

one of the reason i like to buy Mkland is bcos it doesn't ve any warrant or loan stock...It just has Mkland tat is the mother stock...So just imagine if certain parties wanna push up tis stock all attention will be channel at tis single stock and NOT among so many "Rojak" like warrant and loan stock like LA or PA that will only dilute its interest in tis stock...Most of the stocks in bursa ve warrant that is active for trading...MKLAND is mkland and it doesn't ve those rubbish like warrant and loan stock tat will only dilute its interest in Mkland...Correct me if i am wrong!!!

Nemesis 0.88 is too low to sell . I think u should consider my target of at least $1.50 .
Try to ask your valuer friend to do a rough valuation on all the land .
I believe after the new university being build near their land at perak , the value can increase further.
Anyway another few years loh

Haha nemesis 1.50 still far below my original TP. I may not even sell it in case they is a chance to reach 1.50. Anyway if the situation change I may sell it at a much lower price . Just w n c loh .

certainly...when the main street and majority of investors started to see values in Mkland and more investment analyst started to give full coverage on this stock...i ve seen many stocks in bursa more than doubled the price in just six months time...Anything can happen nobody knows how and when!!!

All of us team up together won't be able to push it up as we are only small minority with limited fund...The only dynamo tat can push up Mkland is d owner himself...Tan Sri mustapha...OR acquisition by other predator to take over Mkland...Share buy back will also do but very slow...The real problem with Mkland is that everytime buyers come sure got a lot of sellers wanna sell...If sellers are limited then MK will surely explode

my point of view,there is someone taking profit fr the range of 0.32-0.40cts.If they have 5.0 mils that will be some money there.
What I want to say is recently the buyer rate was lower than the seller.Big chunk to sell n small to buy that wasn't good sign.just like Nemesis said seller appeal when the price up a litter more.Unless big timer come to keeping buying.
