Nick i guess it is very hard for it to drop below 0.420 in the near term as it has strong support at 0.42...I advise u to grab it at 0.420 NOW before it explodes....

Anyway, Mkland 2nd interim 1 cent dividend will be declared together with its quaterly financial result on 26th or 27th tis month...we should see some trading interest of tis stock soon....
One thing for sure investment in property counters will bear 0 investment return in 2-3 years to come as property sector is having recession and prolonged slowdown...The only thing tat will give us some small return is dividend, otherwise don expect capital appreciation from property counters no matter how good the company is...GST only dampen demand for properties as our spending power has been weakened...So investment in Mkland will also be sluggish and stagnant just hope that Mk will sell more land to maintain positive cashflow...It is greatly feared tat in 3 yrs to come Mkland could trade unchanged at 0.42 or lower thanks to property slowdown...Profit is the major and only factor tat will drive up share prices, without which shares will not get go up no matter how undervalued it is...prepare for the worst as Mkland coming launches in Damansara Perdana most probably will not sell well due to property downturn...

have to be patient Ah ha...Have to wait at least 10-15 yrs for its values to be discovered and be reflected in its share price...If u can't wait and wanna get fast and instant profit then u should buy something like Frontken, KNM, Skpres. BIOHLDG etc which surely quarantee excitement and maybe fast profit as it is always within top 10 top volume...Unpopular stock like Mkland will surely go unnoticed for many yrs to come SO have you got wat it takes to wait tat long till u retired...
I didn't pay 0.42 cts for their management...I paid it for their Damansara Perdana 170 acres landbank...Have the company's price so low and undervalued tat even an idiot also can run the company tat can bring out high return..."Price is what you pay, value is what you get" U paid a low price for a company tat even a lousy performance can turn out to be a spectacular performance...Tat is what value is all about...In the long run it is a weighing machine...
Just look at it, Index falling everyday but Mkland remain strong unchanged at 0.42 till now...Mustapha must ve supported the share price from falling below 0.42...
the i cent already declared and paid...2nd interim haven't announced yet...most probably they will declare next mth, 2nd interim 1 cent dividend and date of payment should be around august...
Now my greatest concern is maybe they will postpone the proposed property launching in Damansara Perdana to 2016 or 2017 as property sector is having a long slowdown and sluggish sale...I believe the future could be worst for property counters...just get ready for the bumpy ride ahead!

According to my calculation they will surely declare 2nd interim dividend of 1 cent...I am very sure they will declare tis mth n payment date in August...Let see whether my prediction come true soon
I afraid this year their housing project will be hard to sell , and have difficulty to sell their land as well .... Propert market going to be soft ! The only hope for the minority here is Mustapha Kamal could offer to take it private with price of RM0.80 !
