Loo yee...When the volume is low tat is the best time to buy n accumulate slowly just like Hng did...tat is the time u get less competition fm other buyers...If everybody rush in to buy it is impossible for you to get a good low price...ppl won't sell 0.37 to you tomorrow if they knew about tis news...Just pray hard tat maybe some haven't read about tis news or someone fools dump cheap to u at 0.37...good luck...
Being a retail investor, we can at anytime and at any price to trade stock. Stock market is free and legal trading platform for us to extract value and earn profit.
Even just court its 2 sen final dividend, it is still give yield 5.4% NET. Of course if count total dividend, 1 sen interim + 2 sen final = 3 sen, it is yield of 8.1% Nett.
Soon or later, Market will realize the attractiveness of MKland valuation.....EPS: 4.4sen; PE 8.4x; net cash: 7sen/share; NTA: 96sen; RNTA: RM 1.5; dividend: 3sen, yield: 8.1%
Please do not know that MKLAND has strategic partnership too with UEM. Why you chase UEMS while this MKLAND still low price entry...:)..Should go and chase MKLAND then..:)
NICK...with such a soft property market right now it is hard for Mk to reach 0.50...But even without capital appreciation, it is worthwhile to keep Mkland for its attractive dividend yield while waiting for the next property boom...Next year's dividend is supported with the previous 82 mil land sale to Empire...3 cent or 4 cent for next year? Pls make ur guess right now? Haha!
For me the rise of Mkland also closed up buying opportunity though at the same time it cheers me up with hefty gains...I m more happy with low price n volume Bcos tat is the time u snatch it from those who are impatience...it is over I will stop buying n concentrate on others more undervalued stocks...
It's recently launched serviced apartment Saujana damai is it selling well? Pls update us if anyone went to their showroom...the price isn't cheap above 400k donno whether got buyers or not???
At 39 cents, the DY is 7.6 % for the past 3 years already ! 3 years continuously give 3 cts per year, double the bank FD rate ! and yet there are many under value assets that worth at least 1.50 per share (using the most conservative valuation method ) !
0.40 all swallowed...next upside should be 0.410...it seems tat the 2 sen dividend cheers up everybody n now ppl start chasing up tis stock as it is deeply undervalued
Hopefully management will do something to lift up the share price by doing aggressive share buyback or acquire more shares to decrease the amount of public spread shares outstanding...Retail investors alone can never push up the share to 0.80...hence MK must do internal acquisition to ramp up the share price...
The unforeseen circumstances I think is FOMC meeting by the Feds. Market still waiting for signal. The FOMC meeting is Oct 27-28. I don't think they will raise interest rates after China reduce theirs last week.
Someone asked me what's the relationship between MKLAND and UEM..yes MKLAND do not has direct relationship but at the end Mk is mustapha kamal who is also Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd towkey who has strategic arrangement with UEM for Cyberjaya which I am still believe his son N daughter post MK retirement will still go into that kind of strategic arrangement with Federal Government and State Government in Perak to boost their strategic investment at Bagan Serai which UKM is their strategic partner n moving forward Mini Cyberjaya might be next catalyst for MKLAND if not now but post 2019-2025.....I can foresee the MKLAND is moving in right direction by roping in the UKM as their strategic partner for that big parcel of land. Cyberjaya as far as I know has nothing to do wit Mkland...cyberjaya is Emkay project...Mkland n Emkay are different though it is related due to the same boss Mustapha kamal...
He is going to retire bro..definitely there will be some 'excitement' ...:)..'corporate exercise'...your words are already stated that...related to the same boss..:)
But his two daughters will take over fm him...if u check its latest audited balance sheet, its land held development has risen above 700 mil fm 600mil previously ...I wonder did they acquire any land lately? Where is the location of land bought?
