heitech got phase 1 datacenter project from regal orion for rm300mil. also can`t go up,......what about rm150mil. contract for theta,......major shareholders like arcadia & tabung haji have shed off 30% of their holding into open market,......big question now, are the project profitable?........why the major shareholder selling their share?.........

Seems TH had disposed 32,500,000 shares out of their 38% holdings of 41,179,650 shares. The balance is not the majority shareholding in the Company.

Acardia had bought 32,500,000 shares from TH but when the run up in Oct 2021, they sold 13,000,000 in open market. The balance is 19,500,000 shares.

There also seems to be 2 Chiau brothers whom bought some 10 million shares between then.

Who is steering this Company now and what are the BOD's directions??
