Off market deal - transfer 10M Warrants to a fund raiser at the said price, maybe a friend lending RM2.1 M for a short term. The money could be used to convert many Warrants into Ordinary shares which is entitled for Dividends and voting Rights. Some relatives/friends really can help. Must pay some lending cost.

Then u explain why would he sell the warrant with 0.2??? No one will do smth tat will harm their profit, he sell juz becoz he thinks the price is lower than 0.6
he can just easily sell in market at 28 cents for more money, but he choose 20 cents off market deal. think deeper, why? he do not want to disturb the market. if you read UOB report after interview with management, they have to sell some portion of their warrant because they cannot convert all of their holding due to regulations. according to regulations, once you have 30% ownership, you cannot increase your holding more than 2% or 3% (i forgot exact %) per year.
