just be patience, many people take profit before AGM before they scare there will be right issue. it will rebounce soon when dusts are settled. there is No right issue. ESOS will increase company cash flow and reduce the financial cost...

same story on 31 august repeat again, 30 august price being pressed down forcefully, then during weekend a few blog posts released, then on 3 Sept huge rebounded. Today price being pressed down again... This weekend when AGM summary blog coming up... Next monday ?

I believe he is telling the true story. (Tis is one of my doubt B4 AGM)

At the AGM. Boss's Son. Mr Yap oso mention tat selling warrants will benefit LayHong in long term.
I strongly believe tat the new buyers of warrant, will able to convert and pump in cash to the company.

If Boss sell B4 news. He can sell at open market at higher price. Instead of $0.20 Off Market.

Lazy to write >.< i hightlight main point.

1) GMart retail business will hav better performance (cost saving inprogress) if i not mistaken Mr.Yap said will break even.

2) New JV food processing plant will start operate Oct.

3) Not only Nippon NutriPlus but Nutriplus will oso produce at new plant for export purpose.

4) Johor new liquid egg plant just obtain CCC, machine installation and test run take 3-4months. Operate early 2019.

5) Director said if u know the new business can hav 25% margin, Y need to worry of paying 5-8% interest to bank.

6) Now there r many Institutions and Funds r holding LayHong
