Two big issues for Layhong Bhd.

(a) Director selling warrants continuously.
(b) Bad balance sheet.

Investor need to understand, 37 cent on the way up is not equal to 37 sen on the way down. Altho the face value is the same, one is value for money while the others is overprice.

the wonderful thing for any company is they are able to issue free warrants. its like u can print paper and exchange it with cash. Cash is really king...but the king of cash however is now under investigation and bamboo river awaits him...hopefully. Anyway this broken egg case is very mysterious....despite the severe plunge in share price bosses seems not perturbed by it..,after all a 1c increase in egg price would give them extra millions... best if share price like dbe gurney....

hangseng pe now 11x compare to dow 18x

going to single digit PE would translate to roughly 6k points to roughly 19,000 points down from 32000 points.

so better stock up the cash and wait for HSI component stocks at such a level
