PLEASE evaluate whether this project can take off, with the necessary huge investment of
RM 40 billions and other related works in the project , which is expected to complete within
15 years to 20 years and accomplish to full completion.

Can the investors , wait for another 15 years , that means till at least 2036 to realise the benefits ?
