Coming QR will be 1st time include Repsol oil/gas production..mgmt alrdy indicate in latest QR:

“Had the FIPC Group been acquired on 1 July 2021, the Group’s revenue and PAT for the Current Period would have been RM1,321.1 million and RM541.4 million respectively.”

I think 1.3 billion is a bit optimistic.. Herbal consensus is in the range of 900mil to 1.1bil with PAT of around 300million for the quarter.. They will make more than double in one quarter than they did all of the last FY..

so, if you take 1.321b / 3, you should roughly get their revenue per quarter lah. but because their production has been raised to 20k Boe, would exceed that quarter amount loh.

I would estimate their quarter revenue would come to be around RM600m with PAT around RM180m. That is rough calculation lah. accurate or not, I just flip coin only. Haiya.

Ular, I don't think 1.3b is for one quarter lah. that was mentioned in Q3, so I would anticipate that the 1.3 would be for 3 quarters lah.

If 20k boe per day the most 1 Qtr if kira no maintenance no shut down running 24hrs per day baru berapa production only. So est how much can get from 20k boe per day for coming QR. Haiyoh. Correct?

Personally I didn’t like Hibiscus putting in mention of the FPIC acquisition in their last QR and what their revenue and PAT would’ve been like if the deal was done before end of June… it’s just a bit of a hard-sell supportive inclusion in the QR

But that’s just me….
