Ahya they must have already the fund. The contract received is rm2.7bill. Common sense says no body can be dumb enough to award such contract without already accessing the company financial status.

lets be honest ...awarding contract is just part bz game to portray company images? effort to convinced lure funders for pumping in $..just part of manipulative bz moves players are all aware off ....mindful termination of contracts too have significant $ in it....if breach of contract later...? all big players big monies. .risk too is huge....... company financial crisis problematic in hand now yet still unresolved ...yet talking big...ayaaaaaaa........

In a Brent crude oil price forecast that targeted a price of $103 a barrel in the second half of 2022, the EIA said oil price movements were largely dependent on the situation in Russia. A long-term oil price forecast for 2023 by the EIA gave a WTI forecast price of $93.24.

In their 2021 Annual Energy Outlook giving an oil market forecast, the EIA predicted that the Brent price could be $61 and WTI $59 in 2025, and for Brent to be $73 and WTI to be $71 in 2030.

“Actual price outcomes will largely depend on the degree to which existing sanctions imposed on Russia, any potential future sanctions, and independent corporate actions affect Russia’s oil production or the sale of Russia’s oil in the global market,” said the IEA.

Note that analysts’ oil price projections can be wrong. Forecasts shouldn’t be used as a substitute for your own research. Always conduct your own due diligence before investing. And never invest or trade money you cannot afford to lose.

Dnex, Hibi & Nestcon I sold all mine with some profits and increased my stakes in Sapnrg
SD cut lost around 80cents (-20%) and never touch after that

As for Sapnrg, I start buying beginning of last year when the price around 12 cents and it gone up to 16cents shortly. I hold and never sell.
So, why should I sell it now

I keep on continue average down from time to time.
Appetite so strong to do so again if it really touched 3 cents
