true.....lots of gambling machine like fruit machine......full of mou, JV ,PP, esos, .etc.....last consolidation..... . then repeat again...cyclic... unless willing to ride the wave for short gain ....like Genting.... but always loose..thats why more car accidents for ppl going down than going up......going down most are loser.......only a few selected gain.

Most are burnt and some are stuck above 6.5 cts.
It needs at least 50-60% aggresive involvements from new interest out of more then 500 millions- 900 millions shares.

Lately overall market sentiments is very poor.
Political not stable.
Interest hike coming another 0.25 or 0.50
Restructure will takes very long times.
Gamin will not add any more subsidies.
Sapula does not represent the Malaysian populations.
Sapula biz has been in problem and not much contributing to Malaysian economy.

Mabel just wake up after sleeping like a Baby. Enjoying Orange Juices and Milk while waiting for my Nanny to bring some breakfast..

Last night Mabel has a great time attending Dinner Function. Life is so beautiful..

Our KL Energy Index has been trading at a divergence from the rally in the Brent Oil Price throughout 2021-2022. One of the main reason is due to SD and SE market cap has fallen due to Old Uncles and Aunties Gossips..

However, there are definitely few winners in Mabel's line up of Battleships and Super tankers..Now you know why Mabel is so Goyang Kaki unlike all the uncles here working so hard..

Once more good news is out and SE is out of PN17, many Silence Smart Investors starts coming in like what happened recently..

1. YoY still saw losses widening on the back of slower works. YoY, losses widened by 41%, in tandem with the deteriorated revenue, on the back of slower works done for its E&C following several project completions, coupled with lower rig utilisation and charter rates for its drilling segment.

2. auditors expressing material uncertainty relating to its financials looking highly unsustainable and outlook remaining bleak, .


3.The group still carries an unsustainably high debt of ~RM10.7b – all of which are classified as short-term borrowings in its balance sheet, with the group having recently written off 99% of its equity book value in FY22.

4 Mitigation effort .
-The group is still finding access to credit facilities incredibly challenging given its dire financials.
- continuing its restructuring efforts in order to remain afloat
- renegotiation of its legacy contracts and with lenders over its debts,
- implementation of a divestment plan.

On a more positive trade off
-managed a successful drawdown of a RM300m working capital loan, securitised against the proceeds of disposal of its Sapura 3000 asset, which is expected to be completed in July. expected to help ease its liquidity issues at least for the next couple of months.

Maintain UNDERPERFORM..... home to rest for 9 months ...then wake up hope still afloat
