Understand is pretty smart..

Our KL Energy Index has been trading at a divergence from the rally in the Brent Oil Price throughout 2021-2022. One of the main reason is due to SD and SE market cap has fallen due to Old Uncles and Aunties Gossips..

However, there are definitely few winners in Mabel's line up of Battleships and Super tankers. Now you know why Mabel is so relax Goyang Kaki unlike some uncles and aunties here working so hard..

Once more good news is out and SE is out of PN17, many Silence Smart Investors starts cumming in like what happened recently..

If you understand what is CapEx/Budget and how it is being done later got to go through various stringent process then Petronas budget have nothing much to do with Saprng.
Currently Petronas can do own good business without needs to carry other ppl burden and can make big profits.
Pro can think how CapEx being done before all are being verified and approved.

The drilling rig business was bought at USD 2.85bil. It is usefull both ways. Either sell off or continue drilling. Some rigs can be very expensive. Maybe no buyer yet.

I think you just finished SPM and havent got a real job. Even SPM student who default payment on his
motorbike will get about 3years before bankruptcy Court declare him a Bankrupt AND after 3years His bankrupt Record are wipe Clean ( you cannot search in public record---maybe other means )
All the Back payment are done by SAP subsidiaries ---not SAP and these Co are Sdn Bhd. I say let fight
bankruptcy for 5years and used what ever Sold Rigs money for Other Projects. What Can Debtor Do??
Even every List Co in Bursa did the same thing......It is you who dont know

For Scomi "Maybank's " agreed to accept a settlement sum of RM8 million in cash from the third party identified by SGB as settlement. Bursa Securities has decided to allow the Appeal and grant SGB a further extension of time until 30 November 2022 to submit the regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval. One more thing to share is if the counter is DOWN from RM1.00 to RM0.50, the percentage DOWN is 50%. But if the counter INCREASES from RM0.50 to RM1.00, the INCREASE percentage is 100%. One advantage of Buying on deep. Now you know why Mabel is still collecting.

SAP has no more borrowing Capacity. Only Gov can extend Cash flow. SAP can sell asset to pay back PNB,
but Banks will blow 10bil Cash to Dust. Forcing SAP under never works for Bankers, just listen to what Tony
told bankers, forcing AAX Bankrupt you get nothing back.

if shahril knew Oil will hit $100, he will never resign no matter what PNB say. PNB was not able to turn SAP
around bcos Oil was at $50-60 range with Covid going Full blast. Nobody wants SeaDrill or SAP barges.
Different story now. EU/USA already said they will fight Russia at long as it takes. Meaning Oil can Hit $200
