Figures dont lie.. Its true PNB sold 49M USD worth of shares. They had 57M USD worth.. So technically PNB left with 15%

Shareholding Announcement is delayed. Sometimes not announced at all.. Look at EPF shareholdings in Serba.. no noise about them exiting. only those with contacts will know.
