（吉隆坡16日讯）消息传出，我国特殊用途收购公司—————Sona石油（SONA，5241，主板特殊收购股），不会收购丹斯里张晓卿旗下在新加坡上市的常青石油及天然气（RH PetroGas）的股票，反驳之前的市场传言。
消息向《星报》透露，张晓卿无意脱售在常青石油及天然气持有的股票。
“目前，Sona石油在评估其他资产，焦点已不在常青石油及天然气上。”
早前，市场预计Sona石油将通过两种方式，收购常青石油及天然气，分别是对方配售股票及收购资产，尤其是岸外油田资产。
此外，也有报道指出，Sona石油将认购常青石油及天然气高达10%股票。
市场传，Sona石油计划收购已在生产，以及拥有现金流让公司为未来收购计划融资的油田资产。
公司在首次售股（IPO）活动筹集5亿5000万令吉，其中90%的资金存放在信托人手里。
根据大马证券监督委员会的条例，信托人至少要有80%的资金，才能用作合格收购活动（QA），而该项收购活动必须从IPO结束后的36个月内完成。
