8wpwtmt8, upon completion of d proposed share placement exercise, Karex's issued share cap will increase from 405.0 mil to 445.5 mil shares (provided the proposed share placement exercise is fully taken up). Thereafter, the proposed bonus issue will increase d issued share cap further from 445.5 mil to 668.3 mil shares. Since we r part of the initial 405.0 mil shares, existing shareholders will be eligible for the proposed bonus issue as well. In other words, this newly proposed bonus issue would be the 2nd bonus issue to b enjoyed by Karex shareholders within a short span of 1.5 yrs since IPO. Karex shareholders r indeed very well rewarded here. Hence, you shud not think twice of staying long term with Karex. All d best!!!

Private placement at RM 3.90 makes the price fall. Most likely the price will be staying that way for 1 quarter. Now we know why the price was flying last week.

Previously, Karex only managed to touch a high of 4.24. But today, it has managed to CLOSE at 4.24. At pre-bonus price, Karex has closed at d highest historical price today. Where will Karex be next is for u to imagine.

If you purchased 1000 shares during Karex IPO at RM 1850, it should worth around RM 6885 or 372% gain as of now in merely 1.5 years. Plus, you received RM 37.50 worth of dividend! Buy now before the price increase further!
