My two cent observation is the company chieftain should be from exploration, not refining. Senior management is too junior especially if the main asset is in foreign land.

Not sure whether having the major shareholder who also held a post in Perdana Foundation mean something in business network.

Just need to have someone good in Kazakhstan oil industry to steward the company... Just like having a good local caddie in gold course will have better calculated chances in trophy chasing environment.

Hibiscus/Perdana is currently fairly valued..Reach? My opinion is a wild horse.. Either Limit up..or a flatliner..My 3 sens worth of observations.. Happy investing

the bigger risks are on its debt rather than ceo dispose warrant, if oil stay at high side and more output can produce, banks may give option to regularize its debt

Do not expect Oil Price to be higher than 70-75. Most majors have used this prognosed price for the next five years in their planning. So where does that leave Reach?....The unreachable?

70-75 is very good already for oil producer, at 60 most can make profit

cost of drilling differ based on country but they can produce with cost as low as 15usd per barrel
