MCM is a fixed contract, it is a hook up/service contract and it is signed for 5 years. If you know O&G business well, every offshore platform will have shutdown / maintenance every 1-1.5 years, and there are on & off many site issue which can activate services from Carimin... the contract is an assurance from PETRONAS that Carimin will get called when service is needed...
