Can't give you a target price but can tell you they have a lot of nice looking metrics and data. They're a growing company so to me this is a long term deal.

On average, last 5 years their revenue has grown 20%. This year so far looks like going to exceed 20% growth due to acquisitions of other companies. Profits right now are stable, showing slight growth over the years.

They are low profile. This what makes them a good company in terms of management. Many management can bullshlt their way out. This company is just suck it up and do their thing.

Looking at their transition I don't think Danco will be looked as the 'Pump supplier' company anymore. It should be variable.

If that is the case, then the margin expectation should be adjusted as well.

danco is not plantation nor oil n gas, it only supply valve for palm oil mailer and oil n gas refinary / exploration co, palm oil / crude soar due to supply disruption, not due to strong demand ! and steel is the main raw material of danco, if danco cant pass the cost to customer, it result will be bad

fusing79, go and exercise immediately. Follow the steps below :

(1) Contact Boardroom Share Registrar at 03-7890 4700 to get exercise form
(2) Buy a banker cheque with amount 30sen per unit (exercise price) of warrants you want to exercise
(3) Online bank in processing fee of RM21.20 to Boardroom Share Registrar. Attached the print out with exercise form when courier to Registrar
(4) Courier to Registrar and your exercise request will be completed within 8-10 market days.

My experience is I couriered the exercise form on 16 Feb and mother share credited into my CDS on 22 Feb. Super fast...
