Last time got one counter in borsa, Is doing IT business, then suddenly changed to become property developer counter. Maybe thie adik bradik thinks they can also do the same, but they dont understand that the money belongs to investor. Revenue is down and probably the only way to bring it up is to venture into real property developments and management as proposed by Brian( defunct director now ) with the blessing from Dino ( major shareholders with 20%+++by now) .

I am not too sure if Brain is serious about it or just proposed the above with an agenda to depress the share price. Whatever it may be , he is taking everyone for a bumpy ride until his proposal is approved in the upcoming EGM and/or BOD for change of object clause.

Honestly is a du.m.b move convert to property development. Revenue already dropped so much, Still pull in property development. really crazzzzy.

So many overhang project nowadays. Additionally government also don't want involve in properties. Got lubang still jump in ? Maybe the brother face too much of computer. getting "smart"

I really hope that Ng brother will win at EGM. Can't wait to see who is the dirty tycoon behind the Ng brothers.

Competitor are laughing at them now, look at closest competitor. Stock price way better than this one. And its competitor are doing a lot of development work, quietly and openly also got. Competitor beside payment gateway also got other IT business. Not like this one.

Only can say, its heading down south for this counter if there is no turnaround......

Payment Gateway biz seems to be saturated. The duo must have thought beyond the box to increase the revenue and growth by venturing into real property developments and management. There is nothing's wrong to diversify as there have been many successful stories of other PLCs venturing into real property development and management of which their core businesses are not . If well managed, group revenue could be multiplied and ballooned to the benefit of the shareholders as a whole.

The above is just a dream of the duo.....Whether it is realised or not remains to be seen. Meanwhile , the loggerhead is ongoing...
