Consolidation the share is good move, as it may attract more institutional fund to buy it. As some of the fund have rules can't buy the company share with less than RM1 value., so wait and see

Consolidation will not change the shareholder's benefit. Somebody thought consolidation is dilution. It's just to reduce the number of shares and boost the share price.

But there is one thing that is negative: bad earnings.
