This test kit just can check antibody level in the blood sample.

Only RT PCR test kit can be use to detect covid 19 virus where the sample taken from nose and mouth swab.

My prediction is based on the performance by HLT Global. From what i see, it will not drop to below .3 if im not mistaken of what u said. It is a source of income for the company.
