pathew, I think there is more certainty in the klci at the moment although any external shocks can depress it further. I don't think EPF will run out of money to support the index linked stocks as its a huge fund to begin with. Hypothetically, if it does runs out of money due to whatever reasons, there are also other institutional funds that will come into play. Moreover, the market will adjust itself over the course of time and will re-establish a new equilibrium in the market.

do you all think the current levels of klci is sustainable? what if EPF runs out of funds to support the index linked counters and those GLCs? what will happen to the market?
madhas, we can't tell you if its worth buying Abric. You will need to assess that. After the ex-date of the dividend, there will be an adjustment in its price. So,do factor this consideration in if you decide to buy Abric for the dividend.

Dear TCB Can i buy Abric n enjoy the 30% dividen n what happen to share price after that.
Dear TCB, For Benalex I know Yoda already read on 4 Jan. But since the price up, so would like to know wheather TA view still remain unchanged. Manay thanks.
Hi profitman...thanks for the explanation above...can you elaborate of market cycle? I mean after bull will be bear...but after bear, is it mean economy crisis take places? Many thanks bro
Dunknow, no, it does not necessarily mean that an economic crisis will follow a bear market although both can be intertwined. An economic crisis is usually triggered by some fundamental changes in the economic climate that shocks the economic system. It can range from a crash in the commodity prices to the recent oil price drop. The crisis can trigger the bear market.
Profitman, good morning to you....ok ok,now i see the picture....read some articles, saying that after bull, bear will follow....and it will be 1 ~ 3 year for bear market (if the market crash takes place)... u know,as inexperience in stock market, many many thing need to takes into the consideration lor....thanks profitman
Abric - Madhas/tsy88 Correction phase with a immediate support level of 0.715 and support level of 0.69. Resistance level at 0.74 and 0.795. It has a triple bottom formation with a bottom level of 0.57 and with a high/peak of 0.815. TP for triple bottom is 0.87 and 0.91, if 0.815 is broken. Note that daily RSI has a small degree of bearish divergence. Stop-loss if 0.69 is violated.
Tekseng - cherrytomato Consolidating between 0.75 and 0.88. On 01/12 it gapped down but then it get pulled back again on 17/12. It has a support level of 0.75 and 0.81, resistance level of 0.88 and 0.93. If the selling pressure continue during the next few tradings will be expecting that the support level 0.81 will be challenged. Stop-loss if 0.75 is violated.
I jz read your analysis about TEKSENG. Although we use different approach to analyze the same stock. But it is quite surprise that I have very close target with yours.
Thanks for your reading on stop loss. Hope we can discuss it again after the ex-date so we might have more inputs to address for the next scenario. anyway, just my humble request from you Mr Lz Lee.
warmest regards, duit

Stage 3 of Market Cycle-Distribution which the price can be volatile. The price adjusted after the they declared the dividend. It is consolidating in between $7.78 and $8.22. If break above $8.22, it will further test $8.29 and $8.33. Any weakness may find 7.9 as immediate support. Stronger support at $7.78
Still in stage 4 of Market Cycle. Trading in downward trend line. Major resistance is $0.885. if break above $0.885, it will further test $0.96 and $0.99. Right now it is consolidating in between $0.75 and $0.815. $0.75. Any weakness should find $0.75 as immediate support. Next support is $0.7 and $0.63
Still trading in Stage 4 of Market Cycle. If break above $0.34, it will breakout from Double bottom which indicate bullish and have TP of $0.47. The immediate resistance is $0.3. Break above $0.3 will try $0.34. Looked like it is under some selling pressure. The immediate support is $0.255 and strong support at $0.21.

Seems to have found a bottom at 2.80 and enjoys good support at this support level. It is currently consolidating after attempting to unsuccessfully penetrate its immediate resistance of 3.07. A break above 3.14 with volume would signal a potential break out from its double bottom. You may want to consider a stop loss should it break down from 2.80.
The inverted hammer of 16/12 signaled a potential bullish reversal. It is still on track with the reversal but need to overcome the strong resistance at 1.22/1.23 It currently has support at 1.15. A break out of 1.25/1.26 with volume will confirm the validity of the reversal. For the medium term, the bullish reversal looks promising but the low weekly volume raises doubts on its sustainability. Do monitor for further confirmation.
Next support is $0.7 and $0.63
SYSTECH (0050)—It is expected to test its previous high of $0.335 soon, a break above $0.335 will take it to $0.35/$0.37 and beyond. Any weakness should find immediate support at $0.28/$0.265. A break below $0.265 signal trouble and would advise traders to Stop Loss if $0.26 is violated.
It broke out from its down trend line on 19/1 with volume but will require a few trading sessions to ascertain its sustainability. It faces an immediate resistance at 0.72 and an immediate support at 0.68. The break out will be valid if it can stay above 0.68 to trend higher with volume. You may want to consider a stop loss should 0.645 be broken down.
Good morning Matrix. Thanks on your analyse on Systech.
Happy trading.

Romjam,

Armada: The downtrend looks to be over after it bottomed out at 0.98/0.99. It is now consolidating sideways attempting to break through the tough 1.24 resistance. If it is able to break through this immediate resistance and fill the more crucial gap resistance of 1.21/1.28 with volume, then it will lend more weight to its price reversal. This will set it on its way to test the psychological resistance of 1.30 with an eye on the next resistance at 1.36. It should enjoy strong support at 1.18. There is an increasing momentum on the stock. You may want to consider a stop loss should 1.15 be violated.
Hi kc18, PMCORP: The stock is in consolidation. The price has been decreasing in the last few trading days but the selling volume seems to be reducing as well. Currently it has found a temporary support at $0.285. Any weakness will find the next strong support at $0.265. Any upward movement will find immediate resistance at $0.315. Breaking above it will have bullish implication which gives an estimated TP1 of $0.345 follows by TP2 at $0.365/0.375. However, it has to break above next resistance at $0.335 before it can scale higher. Stop loss if $0.265 is violated.
Hi sunflower22, SMRT: The stock is in consolidation with an immediate support at $0.585 follow by $0.545. Its immediate resistance is at $0.605 which it tried but failed to close above it today due to lack of buying volume. Breaking above it will take it to the next strong resistance at $0.62/$0.63 before it can re-test $0.675. Breaking above $0.675 with volume will have bullish implication which gives an estimated TP of $0.77. Stop loss if $0.58 is violated.
Happy Trading...
