Tan Sri Dato Sri Mohd Nadzmi Bin Mohd Salleh disposed all his shares in Trisilco Equity Sdn. Bhd. which is the ultimate holding company of KKMB and LSSB. KKMB and LSSB hold 3,116,000 shares and 11,600,360 shares respectively in Transocean Holdings Berhad ("THB").
Accordingly, Tan Sri Dato Sri Mohd Nadzmi Bin Mohd Salleh who is deemed to have indirect interest in THB's shares by virtue of Section 8(4) of the Companies Act 2016, ceased to be a substantial shareholder of THB.
