The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HBAP) owns the entire issued capital of HTHL. 4. HSBC Asia Holdings Limited (HAHO) owns the entire issued capital of HBAP. 5. HGHQ owns the entire issued capital of HAHO. The change is due to acquisition of 79,600 shares on 28 March 2023 and 62,100 shares on 29 March 2023.
