Outcome

The Manager of the Fund, AHAM Asset Management Berhad (the “Manager”), wishes to announce that the Unit Holders’ Meeting in relation to the proposed termination of the Fund held at Boardroom, Ground Floor, Menara Boustead, 69 Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 9 February 2023 (the “Meeting”), has been adjourned due to a lack of quorum.
Pursuant to the Fund’s Deed, the adjourned meeting shall be held at a later date not being less than fifteen (15) days from the date of the Meeting. The Manager will make the necessary announcement pertaining to the adjourned meeting date, and venue in due course.
