Outcome
The Board of Directors of Swift Haulage Berhad ("Swift") is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Swift held today, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the EGM dated 28 April 2023, were duly passed by the shareholders of Swift. The voting in respect of the resolutions were carried out by way of poll via remote participation and electronic voting and the results were validated by Scrutineer Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by Swift.
