The Board of Directors of Melati Ehsan Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that all the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company dated 8December 2023were duly passed by Shareholders of the Company at the EGM held today.

All the ordinary resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by USearch Management Services Sdn. Bhd., an Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
